SHIPPING POLICY
McCall at Home does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside of the U.S. We will do our best to get your order processed within 5 - 7 business days. Lead time and shipping are subject to change.
Orders over $100 ship free domestically. Standard shipping of order totals of $.01-$49.99 are $9 and orders $50-$99.99 are $13.
RETURN POLICY
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mccallathome.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of this issue ASAP. Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage and packaging, to aid our team in best assisting you. A refund or replacement of your order (depending on availability) will be issued.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for issuance of a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. We currently do not offer refunds in the form of store credit.
